I know how challenging it can be, I’ve been there with my own kids. In my 6 week program, we will dive into the strategies and tools that work. The strategies I use have been researched by specialists for over 30 years and proven effective. They are the tools I use in my clinic that help other children, just like yours. These are the tools I have found that works in my own home. Each week you will receive a short video that includes homework that will layer on a new tip you can start implementing at mealtime right away to work towards a goal of having your child reduce anxiety at meals, have a positive relationship with food, accept new foods and have the whole meal experience be enjoyable for everyone.
